Hospitals and Chickens

I haven't posted because I've been in the hospital. God - what a fucking drag. I've got to get my health on track so I've been walking on our treadmill. It will take me a bit to get myself going good, in a routine I mean but then it's easy.

Keep your fingers crossed that I can get healthier and get well.

Until I think of a good post, don't let the chickens in!
