Weekadoodloo

"Weekadoodloo" - the lusty mating cry of the Indian Cockabindi bird which, once a week during the pre-monsoon mating season, gives vent to the sweetest of its guttural, hoarse cries in its search to find a mate. This effort is so puny however that it generally serves to repulse even those prospective partners who are in earshot. Thus the cockabindi rarely succeeds in attracting a mate, and this is perhaps the cause of its tragic decline in numbers.

"If the Cockabindi was responsible for romance, none of us would be here." - David Attenborough.
